What we collect

Your name, email, purchases, practice answers, recordings, scores, feedback, account activity, and limited technical signals used for security and demo limits.

How we use it

To create your account, provide purchased practice, grade responses, preserve history, send service emails, prevent abuse, support you, and keep the product reliable.

Essential cookies and browser storage remember your sign-in, selected products and preferences. These choices are separate from optional advertising cookies.

Service providers

PrepMate uses providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare, and approved AI services. They receive only the data needed for their role.

Answers and audio

Practice responses and recordings are used to provide grading and history. We do not sell them or use them for advertising profiles.

For the public free demos, PrepMate does not retain your answer, recording, score, or detailed feedback on our servers. Your browser keeps a device-local recovery copy for up to seven days so a refresh or another tab does not erase your work. Clearing site data removes that copy immediately.

Website statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits, popular pages, traffic sources, and broad device and country information. It uses no tracking cookies. We remove query strings and individual practice identifiers, and never send your email, answers, or recordings to visitor analytics. We also count demos, accounts, and completed orders privately to understand how PrepMate is used.

We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also exclude this browser; a preference cookie remembers that choice.

TikTok advertising measurement

With your permission, TikTok cookies help measure visits and confirmed purchases from our ads. Rejecting does not affect PrepMate. You can change your choice here anytime.

Retention and security

We retain account and practice records while you use PrepMate and keep transaction records where required. Access controls and private storage protect learner content.

Your choices

Contact us to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal data. Some payment records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
