Terms of service.
These terms cover your PrepMate account, practice purchases, and use of our service.
Your practice
Each exercise in a purchased section or full mock includes three attempts. Approved content is assigned when the purchase is fulfilled and remains attached to that pack and its results.
Payments
Prices are shown in USD and charged once through Stripe. There is no subscription. Refund rights depend on applicable law; contact support for payment or access problems.
Scores and feedback
Results are PrepMate practice diagnostics. They help you improve but are not official ETS scores, admissions decisions, or a guarantee of a future test result.
Fair use
Keep your account secure. Do not copy, resell, automate access to, or interfere with practice content, grading, demo limits, payments, or other learners’ accounts.
Technical problems
Saved work should resume after ordinary interruptions. If a PrepMate failure prevents access or grading, contact support so we can restore eligible access or review the order.
